2. Validation

Our flight experts will assess your claim within 24 hours from submission. They will evaluate whether your claim is legally valid. With the help of worldwide flight data, we can get to the bottom of your case to successfully claim your compensation during negotiations with the airline.

3. Building your case

In order to successfully process your claim, as quickly as possible, we need a number of documents. After submitting a claim, you will receive an e-mail from us with your login details of your online account. Here, you can easily upload the required documents, such as the booking confirmation and e-ticket of your flight or track the entire process from beginning to end.

4. We claim for you
